Refund policy

In South Africa, return and refund policies are governed by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), which allows returns only under specific conditions such as defective goods, or within a 5‑day cooling‑off period for direct marketing purchases. Le'Zai  Boutique also offer their own store-specific policies, typically allowing returns within 30 days for unopened items.
